For Kaitlin, unforgettable events have always started with love.
More than ten years ago, she began planning birthday celebrations for her children — pouring care into every theme, every detail, every moment that made them feel special. Watching those celebrations become lasting memories sparked something bigger: a passion for creating experiences that make people feel celebrated, connected, and truly seen.
That personal passion grew into professional purpose. For the past five years, Kaitlin has served as an events and community leader for ERG programming at TikTok, creating meaningful experiences centered on culture, connection, belonging, and community engagement. Along the way she has built deep expertise in event production, programming strategy, stakeholder collaboration, partnership building, and executing experiences that leave a lasting impact.
